WE WERE GATHERED IN THE WARDROOM FOR A FORMAL WELCOME DINNER TO WELCOME THE NEW OFFICERS WHEN...

AFTER EATING SOME REALLY WEIRD ALIEN SOUP THAT ONLY THE CAPTAIN ENJOYED (JOKE FOR ALEXI AND CASSIE)

WE SUDDENLY EXPERIENCED SOMETHING MORE ODD THAN THE SOUP AND THE CAPTAIN'S ABILITY TO ENJOY "WEIRD AND ALIEN" FOODS.

SOUNDS BECAME LOUDER THAN NORMAL. THE LIGHTING INTENSIFIED.

THE CMO ENTERED THE WARDROOM TO RUN TESTS AND DISCOVERED THAT SOME CREW MEMBERS ARE DROPPING THEIR BODY TEMPERATURE BY ABOUT TWO DEGREES.

THEY ARE ALSO EXPERIENCING HEADACHES, HEARING VOICES,AND FEELING HOT.

ENSIGN NOVA HAS BEEN AFFECTED THE MOST, NOT ONLY EXPERIENCING THE ABOVE BUT AN OVERWHELMING BARRAGE OF THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS. SHE IS HEAVILY SEDATED IN SICKBAY.

THE CENG AND ENSIGN VALDERKEV ARE ABOUT TO REENTER THE WARDROOM.

EVERYONE ELSE EXCEPT FOR ENSIGN PETRESCU AND ENSIGN NOVA ARE IN THE WARDROOM.
