In the Star
Trek sim , the USS Eagle, we play a variety of characters from different
cultures and different worlds. A sim is an online role playing game. Ours
is played in a chatroom. We type in text and play characters in a story.
This is a page for the Ralph Anderson's family and culture. It is written
as if he posted it. Ralph has often been seen on shore leave or on duty with an oatmeal cookie on hand or should I say in mouth. If you would like information on our

Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
¾ cup white sugar
1 ½ cup white flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 whole egg
1/3 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup bacon drippings, warmed to room tempertature without microwaving
Directions:
1.Mix well with a wooden spoon, not a mixer.
2.If the batter seems too hard, add more drippings. If the batter seems to soft, add more
oatmeal.
3.Shape into balls, place on a cookie sheet and press down with a fork.
4.Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
5.Let cookies cool before taking off the cookie sheet.
