CAPTAIN'S LOGS

Stardate: 200103.10

Location: USS Eagle

Several days later, the USS Eagle received orders and prepared to leave Starbase Six, eager to be rid of the station and get clear of Rear Admiral Flayton. "And the further the better," thought Nouri.

On the bridge, CPT Kematsopoulos gave the orders. The fusion reactors were brought on line. All umbilicals were detached. The Eagle became self-sufficient once more. Every department reported in and all was prepared for departure. At the Captain's command, the docking clamps were released and thrusters engaged. Confidently, the ship pulled away from the docking pylon and turned to clear the station.

The Captain ordered full impulse and began the procedures for the trip to Galadon Twelve. Moments later he gave the orders to go to warp. He waited and checked again the reports coming in from all decks and departments.

Finally all systems looked normal. It was the first time that had happened since the Eagle was attacked and damaged by the Romulans. This is what had forced the Eagle to come to Starbase Six-repairs.
