'S'Tronn, the Vulcan scientist and only survivor we found from the missing
Federation Observation Team regained consciousness briefly. He told us that
he overheard the group of people that attacked them say that they were taking
his team members to the UKR capitol. This and analysis of the retrieved memory
core of the base has us believing that the scientists were broken up into
two groups. One is/was headed for the UKR capitol and the other to a destination
yet unknown. LCDR Lahrs Unstoffe and LT Ralph Anderson are being dispatched
to the surface to the UKR Capitol. They have orders to take no action and
report in four hours. Kematsopoulos out.'
