CAPTAIN'S LOGS
Title: Eye of Evil, Part Eleven
Location: Star Light Road, Derelict Two, D2
Setting: Stasis Room
About half an hour later, the CO and CMO arrive near the stasis room.
The CO enters the room first and makes sure it is safe. After determining
that, he looks around in wide eyed wonder and stares at the beings in stasis,
"Wow! That's a lot of species. It's hard to imagine the Vulcans/Proto Romulans
taking on aliens on as crew. Perhaps they took a lot of losses. We'll
find out more when we get the data back to the Eagle and analyze it," he
says.
The good doctor glances around, not sure what she's looking for.
"I know it's unlikely, but are any of them alive after all these years? All
the readings I am getting on my tricorder are consistent with either death
or stasis," he continues.
"Some of the mods here look fairly recent, but I don't want to do too much
poking around if someone is alive in there. I need you to..." the Captain
begins but is cut off mid sentence again by her.
She shakes her head. "This doesn't look right. I don't know how or why, but
this doesn't look right," she keeps repeating as she flips open her specialized
medical tricorder.

As the Moeban doctor begins to scan the information on the tricorder, she
slowly grows several shades paler.
"What's wrong?" the Captain asks. Something was very very wrong. He could
tell from reading her expression even though the helmet.
"It's . . . it's not a stasis unit. It's - I think - I think it's a larder!"
she whispers in horror.
