History:

Liliana Petrescu was born in Hunedoara, Romanania in 2269 to Drs. Ioan Petrescu and Adriana Enescu. Her early childhood was spent on Earth with both of her parents taking time to be with her for her early years.

In 2274, both parents died serving onboard the Artemis enroute to colonize Septimus Minor leaving the young child orphaned with no relatives to care for her. Although they were not to be colonists for this planet, her parents had voluntered to help them set up the medical facilities. They both died along with one third of the colonists from hyperonic radiation. The Artemis arrived at Tau Cygna IV instead of Septimus Minor. (("History" will later show this is in violation of a treaty with the Sheliak Corporate.))

During Liliana Petrescu's time at the Academy, she distinguished herself as an excellent student in biology and chemistry, particularly in xenomolecular cell biology.

She has served well on the Eagle and is weathering the loss of her husband.
