In the Star
Trek sim , the USS Eagle, we play a variety of characters from different
cultures and different worlds. A sim is an online role playing game. Ours
is played in a chatroom. We type in text and play characters in a story.

3 lbs reindeer meat (can substitute venison)
Fat for larding
Fresh ground pepper
1 pt cream or more
1. Lard the meat well.
2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
3. Put in roasting pan.
1. Roast at 450 degrees for about twenty minutes.
2. Reduce heat to 350 degree and cook
3. At about half an hour add the cream by pouring it over the meat and baste as needed.
4. Cook for and additional thirty minutes or more as needed, checking to see when it is tender.
Note: The total cooking time at 350 degrees should be about one hour or one and a half hours.
